Directly in the app
Open Profile > App settings > Delete account and data. Confirm your identity and the consequences and send the request to support. Its status is shown in the app. A request through the form below alone does not trigger automatic deletion.
72 hours to cancel
After approval of an appropriately confirmed in-app request, the app shows the deletion time. You can cancel within 72 hours from approval. Deletion starts only afterwards; technical failures may delay it. Signing out or uninstalling does not cancel the request.
Alternatively by email
Send the request from the address registered to the account whenever possible. We may require additional identity verification. Never share your password or a verification code.
What is deleted
Your account and associated active personal data are deleted. For family owners, this includes the confirmed family spaces and shared content, while other members retain their accounts. To preserve a family, transfer ownership before a new request. For ordinary members, shared content remains without personal authorship references and assignments. Ownership changes require renewed confirmation.
Google Calendar copies and reminders are removed and Google revocation is queued; original events remain. Cancel a Google Play subscription separately in Google Play. Messages and contact data in the completed deletion request are removed; a minimal result record remains until routine ticket cleanup after 365 days. The privacy policy explains revocation, other support tickets, backups and legal retention.
