Use the same Google account to join the group, become a tester and install the app.

Open the group and join with your Google account.
Open the OurHome testing group
Open the closed test.
Next, go to the OurHome testing page on Google Play.
Open the closed test
Click “Become a tester”.
Confirm your participation on the Google Play testing page.
Install OurHome.
Then open the app page on Google Play and install OurHome.
